This educational institution has secured a lease for five floors within the structure, which is famously referred to as the People's Bank Building. Notably, this edifice stands as the tallest and most iconic in the city of Passaic. Erected in 1931, the 11-story, 172-foot building boasts a prominent presence. Its facade is adorned with a grand timepiece and intricately engraved artwork that gazes over Main Avenue.
Distinguished by its elegant Art Deco style, the structure showcases a fusion of brick and limestone materials. Beyond its aesthetic allure, the building serves as a home for a range of functions. Alongside housing administrative offices for the Passaic Board of Education, it accommodates a gymnasium and a restaurant.
