The scope of this project involved modifying the existing two-story office building located on Lot 84 to continue its current business (B) use. The building houses office space on both the first and second floors.

Additionally, the proposed site improvements, which were previously approved under Application CPB-19-07, include the construction of a paved surface parking area on Lots 1, 2, and 86, providing a total of 9 parking spaces.

Within the project, there is one designated accessible parking space that is conveniently positioned along an accessible path of travel. This path encompasses an accessible exterior route, leads to the building entrance, and continues as an accessible interior route through the primary function space, ultimately connecting to an accessible restroom.
